Unfortunately we were locked out of the wet lab due to covid restrictions and could not test our fuGFP-containing parts. Other work in the Coleman lab has used the fuGFP extensively to make fluorescent derivatives of many different bacteria via chromosomal integration (E.coli, Pseudomonas putida, Mycobacterium smegmatis, Salmonella enterica, Listeria spp).
